What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month away from professional fights. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Thousands of athletes worldwide have followed our workouts daily and distinguished themselves in combat, the streets, the ring, stadiums, gyms and homes.

And HYROX?

HYROX bridges the gap between traditional endurance events and functional fitness and ultimately creates the race format for everybody. With an emphasis on HIIT we focus on the right balance of cardiovascular fitness and strength endurance to help our members become well rounded athletes. Whether you’re signed up for a HYROX race or just training HYROX for fun, it’s sure to add a different dimension to your current fitness regime.
