I have been working as a Personal & Group Fitness Trainer for nearly 20 years.

My background is in Fitness Training of all types, from Cardiac Rehabilitation, to High Impact Circuit Training, Health Related Fitness for Kids to Advanced Boxercise Personal Training.


My speciality is working with beginners and the over 40’s. Running private 1 to 1 and small Group Personal Training sessions, for up to 10 people. Groups small enough to allow good quality coaching, and large enough to create a great training atmosphere. My goal is to help people reach a level of fitness that they never thought could be possible for them, regardless of age, current fitness level, or training background.


I am a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Instructor, CrossFit Football Certified Coach, and the CrossFit Wyre Forest Affiliate Owner.


In May 2008, I travelled to CrossFit San Diego USA, for my Certification, one of the best training courses I have attended. I am delighted and honoured to be able to teach Crossfit. In my opinion this is the best overall fitness training programme in the world!!!


I opened and Affiliated CrossFit Wyre Forest in March 2008 and the Box has gone from strength to strength. Top quality Coaching at all times, focusing on technique, posture and range of movement.


I need to see that you can move yourself properly, before you start move bars, weights, Kettlebells etc.
