Karrie recently relocated to Worcestershire after a long and tiring stint in London in search of the things that make her most happy – yoga, nutrition and nature.




Certified from the Yoga Alliance and a RYS-200 instructor – in October she will also be Broga REPs accredited – a style of yoga specific to the male athlete.




Whether you are just starting out, looking to improve your alignment or wanting a more powerful core workout, you will leave her classes feeling stronger and more balanced – both mentally and physically.


What is yoga?


Yoga means Union – united mind, body and spirit. Yoga is breath-linked movements, so you move the body into asanas/poses with conscious breathing, resulting in a toned, flexible, lean body and a calm, level stress-free demeanor. Yoga has an array of benefits but can also be used as a tonic to things like stress, tight muscles, fatigue, insomnia, anxiousness and asthma.
