CROSSFIT CLASSES (paid monthly, by standing order, no contract)
Block of 4 Classes (1 per week) – £30
Block of 8 Classes (2 per week) – £45
Block of 12 Classes (3 per week) – £60

Armed Forces & Emergency Services – £5 per class

We recommend that you book a 30 minute session when doing Boxercise for the first time.
As you progress, move upto 45 minutes, and 60 minutes when you want a real challenge!!!
