Phil Oliver (Coach & Affiliate Owner)

I have been working as a Personal & Group Fitness Trainer for over 15 years.

My background is in Fitness Training of all types, from Cardiac Rehabilitation, to High Impact Circuit Training, Health Related Fitness for Kids to Advanced Boxercise Personal Training.

My speciality is running small Group Personal Training sessions, for 3 to 8 people. Groups small enough to allow good quality coaching, and large enough to create a great training atmosphere.

I am a CrossFit Level 1 Certified Instructor, CrossFit Football Certified Coach, and the CrossFit Wyre Forest Affiliate Owner.

In May 2008, I travelled to CrossFit San Diego USA, for my Certification, one of the best training courses I have attended. I am delighted and honoured to be able to teach Crossfit. In my opinion this is the best overall fitness training programme in the world!!!

Joe Pearson (Coach)

I have been working as a Personal & Group Fitness Trainer for 3 years since achieving a 2:1 degree in Sports Science (Bsc.) from The University of Portsmouth.

My speciality is working on a one to one, or small group basis with beginners to exercise and Crossfit alike, building a strong foundation of fundamental technique and fitness.
I come from a broad training background, having worked with clients looking to cut minutes off their 10km race time to beginner clients looking to loose weight for holidays and weddings.  I have also run Group fitness classes since qualifying as a Trainer. My personal training background comes from playing a wide range of sports (Football, Tennis, Swimming) and Circuits. I first discovered Crossfit 4 years ago, and quickly my outlook on training was radically changed!!!!

I am now a Crossfit Level 1 and Crossfit Gymnastics Certified Coach.
Over the course of the last year I have completed both my level 1 trainer certificate and Gymnastics courses, both of which completely changed my approach to training myself and my clients.
