To start training at CrossFit Wyre Forest you will need to successfully complete the  ’On-Ramp’ course. When  the Coaches are happy that you are competent in the 9 Foundational Movements of CrossFit, you can then book into the regular mainstream classes where you will continue to learn and improve.

The course is 6 sessions, Monday 6pm & Thursday 7pm, starting on the first Monday of each month. The cost is £45.

The ‘On-Ramp’ course runs for 3 weeks and is a small group of no more than 6 people.

The course can also be booked as one 2 one Personal training sessions. 6 sessions of 30 minutes Personal Training to get you prepared for the main CrossFit classes. For information, cost and to book one 2 one sessions call Phil 07866634898.

Air Squat

Front Squat

Overhead Squat

Press

Push Press

Push Jerk

Deadlift

Sumo Dealift High Pull

Medicine Ball Clean

Each session will include a skill practice/recap of a previous skill and a metabolic conditioning workout of the day (Met-Con WOD).
