For those of you who missed the Open WOD’s, were too afraid to try, or simply didn’t want to!!!! Here’s you chance to have a go.

We will tackle the WOD’s in order. Spend a lot of time on mobility and technique before hand. Then kick the absolute arse out of them!!!

Complete as many Reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

BURPEES

12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many Reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

SNATCH x 30 Reps (35/20/15kg)

SNATCH x 30 Reps (62.5/35/25kg)

SNATCH x 30 Reps (75/45/35kg)

SNATCH x as many Reps as possible (95/55/42.5kg)

Complete as many Rounds and Reps as possible in 18 mins of:

15 x Box Jumps (24/20″)

12 x Push Press (52.5/35/45/25kg)

9 x Toes To Bar

12.4

Complete as many Rounds and Reps as possible in 12 mins of:

150 x Wall Ball (10kg-10ft/5kg-9ft)

90 x Double Unders

30 x Muscle-ups

Complete as many Reps as possible following the rep scheme below:

3 x Thrusters

3 x Chest to Bar Pull-ups

6 x Thrusters

6 x Chest to Bar Pull-ups

9 x Thrusters

9 x Chest to Bar Pull-ups

Continue adding 3 Reps every Round
