For those of you who missed the Open WOD’s, were too afraid to try, or simply didn’t want to!!!! Here’s you chance to have a go.
We will tackle the WOD’s in order. Spend a lot of time on mobility and technique before hand. Then kick the absolute arse out of them!!!

30 x Muscle-ups
