TEAM CHALLENGE

In teams of 3 people

Exercises ‘A’

Run 1 mile (timing station)

Skips -max number of Reps

Row – max distance

Exercises ‘B’

10kg Med Ball Cleans x 75 Reps (timing station)

20kg Push Press – max Reps

16kg KettleBell Swings – max Reps

Starting with Exercises ‘A’, each team member does one of the 3 exercises (Run, Skip & Row). The time it takes the team member to run 1 mile, is how long the other 2 team members have to do their exercise (skip & row). Count the number of reps or meter’s.

Take 1 minute rest!!!

Then do Exercises ‘B’, each team member does one of the 3 exercises (Med Ball Clean, Push Press, Kb Swing). The time it takes the team member to do 75 Med Ball Cleans, is how long the other 2 team members have to do their exercise (Push Press & Kb Swing). Count the number of reps.

Take 1 minute rest!!!

Then keep swapping between Exercises ‘A’ and Exercises ‘B’ until each team member has done all 6 exercises, keeping note of time taken for the run and Med Ball Cleans, and the number of reps or meter’s for the others.

Your score is the teams total number of reps and meter’s, divided by the teams total time taken on the timing stations to the nearest 15 seconds (Run & Med Ball Cleans). Basically, average Reps per minute.

World-Class Fitness - in 100 Words!!!
    Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.
