DAY 100 of The 100 Day Burpee Challenge!!!

Everybody was timed doing 100 Burpees the day before the challenge started.

We followed the challenge from Day 1, doing 1 Burpee. Then on Day 2 we did 2 Burpee’s. On Day 3 we did 3 Burpee’s. I think you get the picture.

On Day 100 we did 100 Burpee’s again to see the amazing results!!!

    Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch.
