On day 1 (August 1st) do 1 Burpee (including 1 Press-up).
On day 2 (August 2nd) do 2 Burpee’s.
Continue this until you reach 100 Burpee’s on Day 100.
THAT’S A TOTAL OF 5050 BURPEE’S!!!
